All orders are shipped in 4 weeks. For an updated and most recent timeline, you can visit our product pages. The date of dispatch for any order(s) combined and/or products ordered at the same time will vary. Unless otherwise specified and confirmed with our team, we will be using the timelines of the product with the longest dispatch date of our reference.

Any items notified by local courier service to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time (including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer form negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Free shipping is offered to customers only in India.
• For customers outside India, free shipping is only applicable if the order value exceeds ₹20,000/- INR

DELIVERY TIMELINE

All domestic orders will take approximately 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. These timelines may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or on nationally observed holidays. INSURANCE

BRIJ  insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you. Suppose you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift). In that case, you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by BRIJ. 

TAXES & DUTIES

For Indian Customers

Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Customers

Most countries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in and payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our quality control team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately. 

Please note : We at Brijonline , are unable to advise the duty amount as it varies from country to country. The order amount at the checkout excludes duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parce.
