Damage/Defective/Wrong supply of goods

All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged , you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us at [email protected] about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you. The decision with respect to the finality of the manufacturing defect in the product lies with the quality team at BRIJ.All returns are subject to verification by our team at BRIJ.Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange/ store credit on a case-by-case basis

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of brijonline.com.

A cancelled order will result in a credit to the user’s credit card/account.

Refunds will be processed in the form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
